Cas Perets

Cas Perets is a beautiful rural area close to the village of Ses Salines and Santanyi. The views are spectacular onto the mountains and the countryside, almond trees, stonewalls and herds of sheep dominates this beautiful, quiet and unspoilt area.

The house

415m² house in two levels, build in Marès (traditional sandstone carved in the area of Porreres, same material as used on the El Seu cathedral in Palma).

 All floors in the house are in micro cement equipped with an underfloor heating/cooling system.

The house sits on a concrete platform, offering space for dining, relaxing and shade surrounded by a Mediterranean style garden of wild olive, almond trees, lavender, rosemary, fruit trees, Oleander and many more Mediterranean flowers, trees and bushes.
