Ses Mires

The Ses Mires house (551m²) sits on a 11,731m² plot in a very peaceful environment whilst being only a 5 min. drive from the beautiful S’Amarador beach and the lively village of Santanyi. 

The views from the house are spectacular! The 1st floor boasts a fantastic 180 degree sea view from Cala D’Or to Cala Figuera some of which also remains in sight from the terrace/pool area. The northwest side of the house has stunning views of the mountains and the pretty almond tree fields that the Santanyi area is famous for. On clear days you can even see all the way to the Tramuntana.

The house

551m² in three levels.

The house sits on a large plot kept in its natural state with lots of plants very typical for Mallorca and this area such as wild olive, almond trees, Garrover trees and Mata bushes. Around the house, the nature is more tamed with stonewalls, a nice lawn, lavender, rosemary and Mediterranean fruit trees.

The ground floor includes an open style all white Bulthaup kitchen and eating area, a separate dining room and a cosy living room with an open fireplace. From the living room you can enjoy a view of the sea. There are also 2 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms and one ensuite. The light-filled ground floor has beautiful views to the outside, offering open space and lots of privacy.

From the kitchen there is access to a northwest terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful sunset. From here you can also access the south terrace and pool area/garden which includes a shaded area for dining and relaxing.

As in all our houses the staircase to the 2nd floor is a prominent piece with an open staircase that allows the flow of natural light as well as offering beautiful views to the outside.

All floors are micro cement with an underfloor heating/cooling system by Daikin.

The house is partly build in Marès (traditional sandstone).
