Santanyí Development have been working on building projects in the south of Mallorca since 2012. We do everything from finding the right plot of land, design the house, get all appropriate licenses and paperwork sorted out, get the project built and the garden planted.

Our passion is to combine the traditions of the local area and landscape with a contemporary design striving for a result that will not just look great when it is built but also look fantastic many years from now.

Many of the projects we do we do everything from finding the right plot through to handing over a new house to a new owner but we can also play a limited part in a project, e.g. help with the design or project manage the construction.
